Two goals scored by Ramy Moustafa and Mohamed Barakat catapulted Al Ahly of Egypt to a 2-1 victory over AC Leopards of Congo.
There was no clear supremacy of play between the two teams, until 10 minutes into the second half when the egyptians took advantage of playing in front of their home crowd and Moustafa found the net with a fierce shot from outside the box. They consolidated their lead as Barakat volleyed in the ball past the congolese goalkeeper, Gildas Kihavoko after receiving a pass from El Said Bekhit.
AC Leopards reduced the tally to 2-1 with 12 minutes left into the game. Ndey scored for them.
