CAF Champions League : Rangers, Kano Pillars qualify

As the preliminary round matches of CAF Champions were concluded over the weekend in africa, Rangers International of Enugu and Kano Pillars of Kano representing Nigeria in the tournament were qualified into the round of final of 32.
Sporting de clube of Sao Tome and Principe did not present a team in both legs which led to their disqualification and 3-0 table wins given to Rangers.
For Kano Pillars,they were qualified with their first leg victory in Kano which ended 5-1 as the second game they played against Olympic Real in Bangui,Central African Republic ended goalless.
In Ghana,Asante Kotoko qualified in the game they played against Sony de ela Ngueme 7-0 and pulling an away goalless draw. The Zamalek of Egypt were also qualified on a 7-0 aggregate.
Rangers will met Vital'O of Burundi in the next round billed for the weekend of 15-17 March while Kano Pillars will trade tackles with AC Leopards of Congo.
