CAF-U20 Tournament Kicks-Off In Algeria

The U-20 African youth championship commences today with two group A games which will be both played at the same venue but different times at Ain Temouchent in Algeria.

Benin Republic will be playing against the host country(Algeria) in the first match of the day at 1730 while the second match of the day will be between Ghana and Egypt at 2030.

Nigeria who is the defending Champion of the tournament will begin their title defence tomorrow in a match against Mali in a group B tie at Oran. Another group B match will be played between Congo and Gabon at the same venue after the first match.

The U-20 World cup which will be taking place in Turkey from 21st June to 13 July this year will see all the four semi-finalists of the CAF U-20 participating in the game.
