Ivory Coast Drops Drogba

Ivory Coast's national team coach, Sabri Lamouchi has dropped Didier Drogba from their 28-man team that will face Gambia in Abidjan next weekend in a World Cup qualifier.

Five other players who were part of the team in the African cup of nations in South Africa early this year were also left out. They are Emmanuel Eboue who is drogba's teammate at Galatasaray, goalkeeper Daniel Yeboah(Dijon), midfielder Romaric(Real Saragozza), Igor Lolo(Ruban Krasnodar) and PSG's defender Siaka Tiene.
