As the
Nigeria Premier league kicks off on saturday, critics wonder why Stephen
Keshi, Super Eagles coach did not wait to see the performance of the players
before inviting the 24 home based players for camping ahead of the world cup
qualifier against Kenya which will take place in Calabar, Nigeria on the 23rd of
March.
The players
are expected to arrive in Abuja on sunday, also names of the foreign based
players will be revealed on Thursday 7th march.The invited players are: Goalkeepers - Chigozie Agbim, Rangers; Daniel Akpeyi, Heartland and Dele Ajiboye, 3SC.
